The Ax 720 is simulated 5.1 surround sound. So, what does this mean? True surround sound comes from multiple speakers on the left and right. With simulated surround sound, the sound from multiple speakers is condensed to one speaker on the left and one on the right. They still offer an immersive gaming experience with great directionality.
